STEPS FOR FLASHING:-

• Download latest cm13 from above link.
• download cm13 radios file zip from above link.
• download gapps from opengapps.org [arm 64 android6.0]
• you must have twrp recovery installed.
• take backup!
• paste cm 13 zip,radios file and gapps zip in sd card.
• boot into twrp recovery.
• wipe data/cache/dalivk cache and system.
• hit back,click on install and flash cm13 radios zip.
• after it flash rom and go back flash gapps.
• reboot in system after it.
• ENJOY!!!
